I went to Kokoro, a skewered grill specialty restaurant, that I found while commuting by train to Minami Moriya Station. The interior has a stylish bar-like atmosphere, and the staff are kind and courteous. I learned a lot about yakitori, including its history. All of the yakitori were cooked to the perfect level and had a wonderful taste that showed that they were particular about the ingredients.It was really delicious. Also, there was a wide variety of drinks, and I was happy to be able to drink Hoppy for the first time in a while. I heard that they also have draft non-alcoholic beer, so I would like to try that next time.

My favorite yakitori restaurant was closed for a long time, so I became a yakitori refugee, and after wandering around Toride Moriya looking for a new yakitori restaurant, I finally found this restaurant. The result is a hit! Yakitori has a strong meat flavor and is delicious even with salt or sauce. There is also a wide variety of menu items other than alcohol and yakitori. The tuna sashimi and liver pate were delicious. The general was friendly and we were able to talk about a lot of things and it was interesting. It was a good shop. Thank you for the meal.
