Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Toriyu

I have been to Matsusaka many times and have heard rumors about the chicken yakiniku. The restaurant I chose was Toriyu because it was my first experience. Well, you can see the chicness in the photo. As soon as you open the door, you'll be greeted by the chewy interior that will whet your appetite. The small restaurant, with about 5 tables, is run by two women, and everything from ordering to serving is quick and efficient. I ordered young birds, parent birds, chicken fillet, neck meat, fried chicken wings, and chicken soup, and they were all cheap. And it's voluminous. Best cost performance. The black miso sauce is delicious and the chicken is delicious. I ordered the torikawa with salt, but ended up eating it with sauce, and ordered additional torikawa with the sauce. Just the atmosphere inside the store is intoxicating. It was the best. Thank you for the meal.

The old-fashioned appearance, the aged walls, and the brimming young chicken, chicken breasts, and seseri are all exquisite! The cooperative play between the owner and the landlady was also wonderful, and the food was delicious. Also, there is a separate charge for the Tsukedare, but personally I don't think there is any need for additional sauce since the sauce is already added to the dish when served. The chopstick holder is also retro and cute! The only thing I personally thought was a little more expensive was the draft beer, which was a bit pricey for the size, but it was so delicious that it made up for that! !

Matsuzaka is synonymous with Matsuzaka beef, but the soul food of the locals is grilled chicken. This shop is a representative shop There is also a long-established store with take-out chicken. Many celebrities have visited the store. No pigs, no cows. Please go before taking a bath. The taste and volume are comparable to those of beef and pork. Really delicious. I am very satisfied.
