Delightful food in a picturesque place !

Two couples used it. Good cost performance. Yakitori costs around 100 yen each and tastes delicious. The garlic soy sauce dipping sauce is also delicious. Perhaps because there were only three groups of customers as it was just after opening at 5pm on a weekday, ordering went smoothly, even though some reviews had given it a low rating. There was a comment about how friendly the owner was, but it didn't bother me at all. It must have been busy at that time, as there were two elderly couples there and it was a popular restaurant. Appetizer and salad, 10 pieces of heart, liver, tongue, and gizzard per person, 3 bowls of chuhai, and dry curry to finish off, totaling ¥4,500. I'm full and satisfied. I will use it again.

It is a long-established store that is one of the best in the center of Tsukuba. However, if you feel like complaining about the old man's poor customer service, the dirty store and glasses, and the fact that smoking is allowed, it's best not to go to Hajime. It is best to understand this before visiting. I personally love it and have been going there for many years. The old man and sister's customer service is bad, but they have good personalities. And exquisite yakitori and garlic sauce that you can't get at other restaurants. Dry curry is also delicious. This is a store that I want to continue forever.
