Yakitori is delicious. It looks like they use Tsukuba chicken. There are many types of sake and shochu. Sometimes there are brands that are not on the menu. All seats in the store require you to take off your shoes, and there are table seats and counter seats. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. It's crowded on Saturdays and you may not be able to get in unless you make a reservation. Additional notes (visited on January 16, 2021) We were open for lunch after the second state of emergency was declared. Lunch was also delicious.
