Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Kuranomukou

I always go there when I go to Matsumoto. The a la carte dishes are delicious, but the soba noodles here are my favorite, and my husband and I end up eating 4 to 5 servings each time. Not only have they been coming here for a long time, but the people in the kitchen remember them because of the quality of their food. Over the past year, the previous chefs have gradually disappeared, and the way the soba is cooked has been somewhat inconsistent, but it's still my favorite soba. The restaurant's favorite dish is soba peperoncino, which is no longer on the menu due to ingredients procurement issues, but it's back because I can't forget the exquisite texture of the soba, and there are no toppings, just soba. I've always wished that you would. It's a popular izakaya, so reservations are required. Counter seats are cold in winter.

Good location in front of Matsumoto station. You can enjoy various Shinshu specialties such as soba, bandit-yaki, and horse meat at the same time. Many of the staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Reservations seem to be the main thing, so I think it's a good idea to make a reservation before going to dinner.

Shinshu soba and horse sashimi restaurant. Everything was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the Sanzokuyaki. There was a half menu, but Half is enough for one person. I also had horsemeat sausage and three types of wasabi, all of which were very delicious.
