Chose this place mostly to try something other than your standard sushi/italian/french options around, but left absolutely surprised and impressed by the whole experience. As my wife put it (she moved to Tokyo three months ago, but has visited Japan since 2014), this was her best culinary experience in Japan to date. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Hokkaido.

Super good quality and value. Highly recommended. Definitely will come again soon. Not too many seasoning and trying to keep the original taste of all Hokiado food materials.

We were looking for a teppanyaki restaurant and chance upon this little gem. Small little intimate place with only 12 seats. They have a set menu with 10 courses and oh my, every single dish was excellent and didn't disappoint at all. Super value for money. All the appetisers were cleverly paired yet simple. They served a fresh abalone that was still moving before it was cooked. It was tender. The 3 types of beef was cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed the beef slices on rice. I would highly recommend this place. We just dined in Asperges in Niseko and this place wins hands down.
