As a tourist this place was really good. Unlimited cocktails felt really good. Bit questionable why we got sat at the bar and not a table with a view. could be foreigner treatment but the waiter also asked us a lot what drink we wanted and kept up. We thought it was rude to ask the bartender directly for drinks but could’ve been the case they put us there so we could. Staff were really nice and spoke English. He explained the menu very well. The view is great. Definitely recommend as a foreigner. Watching the bartender make so many drinks made me want to tip if it was allowed.

A wide variety of cocktails and snacks, a great view of the Sapporo night streets, and a friendly staff to top it off. It seems like a popular spot, and there's background music, so it can get loud. But I was still able to enjoy a conversation with hardly any trouble.
