We were celebrating our 9 year anniversary and were looking for a true kaiseki experience. Hashimoto created one of the most incredible meals that were both unique and well thought out. We can’t speak Japanese, but were greeted by some of the most welcoming staff and felt so appreciated. They put in every effort to know the english names of all ingredients and utilized translators when needed. Hands down the best meal I have ever had, and my wife and I hope to celebrate our 10 year anniversary at Hashimoto next year. Thank you for making our special day so memorable

Great food with superb attention to detail and even better service. The chef spoke little English but made the effort to translate everything to English (via Google translate on his phone) and made sure I understood what was being served.

The food was fantastic, the service immaculate, and the hospitality and atmosphere were super authentic. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they were incredibly kind and generous. The Kaiseki menu is a great way to sample a great variety of foods and everything we tasted was so fresh and tasty. Thank you !!
