The master in all things tofu. The Fukumame sen course contains tofu in all it's varieties. Tofu itself, fried, another one similar to cream cheese, as yuba... You name it, it's all there ! It's amazing how much the taste and its impression of the food changes with the seasoning that you put on it - or not ( plain, salt, ginger, vegetable sauce etc.). An absolut delight, good for much more than just a surprise, more like a culinary journey and overall a real treat for yourself and your partner !!! Ooh and yes that was just the course ! :-) The Japanese garden is a story in itself, but I don't want to spoil the fun. Suffice it you will leave full, satisfied and happy. :-)

I didn't know Tofu cuisine has such variations. It was convincing to the price because delicious so much. Lunch is served at $40 to $45 per person. Even men will get full.
