I visited for the first time for lunch. I've been there once before on a Sunday for lunch, but that time it was reserved, so this is my long-awaited first lunch. This time, I called before visiting and was able to make a reservation even though it was the same day. It's a popular restaurant, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting for lunch. For the ¥1,800 lunch, I chose fried puffer fish as my main dish. There's something nostalgic about the tatami room where you take off your shoes on the dirt floor. The towels had nice patterns and dolls were also decorated. It's a quaint and nice shop. And the meal. It comes with just the right amount of seasoning that is gentle on the body, such as dried daikon radish, candied sweet potato, okara, and pickled vegetables. I expected the fried puffer fish to be bland, but it was well-seasoned, fluffy, and very delicious. We had a very satisfying and detailed meal.

It was my first time here. It's in a residential area, so I wonder if it's okay to come in here? I walked through what looked like a garden and entered the store. It was OK to go without a reservation. There was one type of lunch, and you could choose a main dish such as grilled fish. The seasoning of the side dishes was also very delicious, and I felt that each item was made with care. The seasonings such as eggplant were also very delicious. When I told the staff what I thought of the food, he was very friendly and gave me information about events happening at Ichinomiya-an and the surrounding area. I felt very comfortable with the warm customer service that is unique to a privately run business. Thank you very much✨ The tatami room is very relaxing ^^

The food is always delicious, the proprietress is a lovely person, and the seats are spacious and comfortable.
