It's a store. It is a shop worth coming to Hashimoto from Tokyo for this shop.

Impressions after visiting Hashimoto's famous store. A course meal from appetizers to soba noodles. I was able to enjoy all of them. In particular, the smoked alfonsino goes perfectly with sake, and I ended up drinking too much. The bitter taste of juvenile sweetfish, grilled conger eel, and other tastes that are irresistible to drinkers were a series of impressions. It is difficult to visit again because it is far from Tokyo, but it is a famous store that I would like to visit again. Soba noodles go down well, and the noodles are thin noodles, so I got a lot of them with soba sauce.
