It was my first time visiting. From the appetizer onwards, you can tell that the food is carefully made. I think this is especially important for Japanese food. In that respect, I felt that everything here was carefully made, and it was very delicious. The staff at the shop were very nice and gave us a thorough explanation, and we finished with dessert and matcha. It's been a while since I've had a drink. It was perfect for a sweet dessert. I was full, but I thought it would be perfect for a man to have one more dish. But I think it's the perfect amount for women. I definitely want to go again!

I reserved a private room for my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. I was very impressed with the deliciousness of the soft-shelled turtle dish, Hida beef, and sea bream rice.

I heard about it in a legal matter. The taste was very delicate and the appearance was gorgeous, and the flavorful dashi soup, fresh sashimi, and simmered fish were all very delicious. At the end, we had rice cooked in an earthenware pot, and the rice was glossy and standing, which was the best! The leftover rice was made into salt rice balls and given to me as a souvenir. It was very noisy and busy with babies and children, so I was a little disappointed, but everyone at the store was really kind and I was grateful.
