A hidden gem

When I came to Ogikubo for lunch, I found a restaurant that looked delicious and searched for it on the spot. Apparently this restaurant was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2015. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 12pm) It was almost 1pm when I asked, but they said they were fully booked. I had some business to do in Ogikubo the other day, and it was around lunchtime, so I asked if the place was open, and was told it was full. The owner, who seemed knowledgeable and kind, asked me to make a reservation next time and gave me his business card. A few days later, it was only open at 1:00 p.m. From this time onwards, only set meals will be served (if you want a course, please start early) A lovely smiling disciple and his wife welcome us. I never thought I'd be able to have conger conger for lunch, so I'm happy⤴︎ I'm glad that they have plenty of sashimi of conger conger, sea bream, and squid. Salt-grilled trout. The fatty part was piping hot and fluffy, and the skin was still bubbly from being freshly grilled. How delicious (*≧∀≦*) The combination of vegetables is beautiful✨I wish I could serve such a wonderful dish too~ The corn rice is said to have been cooked with conger conger bones, and the soup stock is slightly glossy, with just the right amount of salt.
