2022.5 Weekday night visit/counter seating 2 people I had passed by Ningyocho on business some time ago and was curious about it, so I decided to give it a try. He explained each ingredient and dish in detail and talked to us about various things. I had a lot of fun seeing it with my eyes, listening to the explanations, and tasting it! The noresore, homemade pancetta, and sashimi were all ingredients that I don't usually have the opportunity to eat, such as grilled cutlass, mullet, and kueh. It was very delicious because they were particular about the soy sauce. I would like to visit again. There is also a private room on the 3rd floor, so it's perfect for starting a meal or meeting both families.
I ordered the salt-grilled swordfish gozen. There was no smell, and even the internal organs were delicious. Steamed clams, a small bowl of grilled eggplant, salad, pickles, delicious rice, and salmon miso soup. Everything was delicious, the store was clean, and everyone, including the proprietress, was very nice. It's a blessing in this area that they also serve lunch on Saturdays.
