All kinds of tofu, the best. The fried tofu (yuba skin) sashimi and the pudding-like Linggang tofu bowl are amazing in every bite. My favorite is the hot pot tofu with sakura shrimp and boiled cabbage as one of the toppings. By the way, the pottery slabs and beef are also top quality! Crab meat siomai and Douban steamed food are so delicious that your eyebrows will fall off

I often use it for lunch. There is a parking lot here, so it's easy to get there by car. The large hall is very bright and spacious, which I like. I love Mineoka tofu, so I'm happy to receive it as an app coupon. Other recommended dishes include lotus root manju, namafu, and tofu salad. This time I had the chestnut parfait, and it was really delicious. I always look forward to the seasonal parfaits as they are always a hit. The timing of the staff bringing and unloading the food is exquisite, and the explanations of the dishes are thorough, so I always feel like they are properly trained. I go there most often with my family, but I also enjoy going there with friends and superiors, so I think it's a recommended restaurant.

Four of us, my friend and his wife who live in the United States, had a Kaiseki Kiwami meal. You can see that each dish is carefully prepared, using aromatic ingredients well. Is the pulled yuba unlimited? You can do it over and over again as you think. Lava-yaki Kuroge Wagyu beef and Saikyo-yaki Gindara are selectable menu items, but the couple chose each and had both menus. Both dishes were extremely delicious. Not only was the food perfect, but we were able to talk slowly and it was a very enjoyable time. I will use it again on another occasion. I didn't take photos of all the dishes.
