The restaurant is run by the owner, who trained at a famous Japanese restaurant, and the proprietress, who is a qualified oyster chef. The interior of the restaurant, which consists of a counter and private rooms, has a very calm atmosphere. The meals are course only, and the price is 10,000 yen. Depending on the season, you can order additional items such as oysters. The contents of the meal are basically the flow of a Japanese cuisine course, but since the body is cold during the cold season, it is served from a warm bowl. All the dishes are amazing and extremely delicious. Although the price is not cheap, I think it is a very reasonable price considering the taste and quality of the food, the formality of the restaurant, and the number of customers it can accommodate. The white rice that comes at the end is Koshihikari rice grown in Uonuma and cooked in Uonuma water. The rest will be given to you as a souvenir. This is a wonderful Japanese restaurant that I would like to visit several times a year.

Since it's a big deal, I was surprised by the overflowing amount when I asked for a large serving. It was the best cup ever. As a humble office worker, I can only come here about once a year, but the customer service is very pleasant. It is a shop that you can rely on when you can't miss it, such as a celebration.

Last night, my husband and I visited for the first time to celebrate. All of the dishes were seasoned very well, and they showed me the steps to prepare the dishes right in front of me, so I couldn't get enough of them and was captivated.
