We started with Kobako crab, which you can't usually eat, then Matsukasa-yaki sweet sea bream, spider roe in a bowl, etc., and ended with two types of rice: oyster rice and yellowtail rice. It was something I couldn't convey. The leftover oyster rice and yellowtail rice will be made into onigiri rice balls for you to take with you. Lunch kaiseki 8,500 yen.
Speaking of the most delicious Japanese food in Kawaguchi, this is Fujinami. Today I made salt-grilled sea bream. The well-prepared head is truly delicious, with salty and umami flavors that can be felt in the plump flesh. Today's sashimi platter includes straw-grilled bonito, grilled mackerel, and sea bream. I visited for the first time on Saturday afternoon. There were two types of lunch: sea bream chazuke and sashimi, and one item to choose from. (Course reservations only) I chose sashimi and one item to choose from. All dishes are carefully prepared and delicious. The utensils used are also nice. The grilled mackerel was plump and I was impressed. The seasoning of the golden eye was also just right. The rice is also cooked in a clay pot, and I think it's a high cost performance restaurant.
