Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan｜初かり亭

Visited as a dinner venue on the Kinchakuda Manjusha flower viewing bus tour. It seems that not only at this restaurant but in Kawagoe, everyone sits facing the same direction, like in an elementary school classroom. As a precaution against the coronavirus, we are keeping a distance from those next to us, so it really is a school classroom. The menu consisted of yakiniku bento and small udon noodles, and the yakiniku was seasoned so that it was delicious even when it was cold. Of course, the udon noodles were also delicious. The rice was about 1cm thick, which was just the right amount for middle-aged and elderly people. On the first floor, there was a small souvenir corner. It was strange that for some reason they were selling Hiroshima's Momiji Manju.

I was able to have a leisurely lunch. It was a feast for the eyes and delicious.

This is my third time going to Kawagoe, but it's the first time I've been to a restaurant with such a nice atmosphere. I want to go again★
