More Comments at Google MapWanting to have a drink with some sashimi, I wandered towards City Hall and arrived at the medical mall at Kawaguchi Park Tower. If you look closely near the entrance, you will see signs and flags waving for Kue and a steak specialty restaurant. Please call from outside the store to see if you can enter. I was able to enter, but I was told that the seats would fill up quickly, so I reserved a seat for two adults. When I was guided to the counter seat, the kitchen master explained that the recommended dishes were kueh and matsutake mushrooms. I immediately ordered Kue sashimi (4,800 yen), Aori squid sashimi (1,500 yen), Conger eel sashimi (1,800 yen), Scallop sashimi (1,600 yen), and Draft beer (960 yen). I was told that the kueh is recommended as a hot pot dish, but the sashimi is also a plain, protein-packed white fish that goes well with ponzu sauce or wasabi soy sauce. It was delicious and I finished it quickly. The Aori Squid is also chewy and delicious! The whelk was freshly picked, had a nice crunchy texture when you bit into it, and was delicious without the typical smell of shellfish. I had no idea that conger eel sashimi could actually be eaten raw, so I ordered it as a conversation topic. There are about 6-7 pieces of thinly sliced conger eel sashimi on top of dried kelp, and it is said that it is delicious when eaten with coarse salt. I don't notice any particular taste or smell, and I don't think you would be able to tell that it's a conger eel unless you tell me. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and comfortable, and the other customers seemed to be enjoying their food and drinks. Also, you can see that there are many fruit drinks lined up on the shelves at the counter seats. Although it is not a fruit wine, there were other rare drinks such as ginseng wine and viper wine. Overall, it's a little pricey, so I recommend deciding on a budget and making reservations. I plan to visit again next time in December or January of the new year. Visited on October 15, 2022
Que. It seems to be written as nine pictures in the phonetic equivalent. I think I've eaten it, but I feel like I've never consciously eaten it. There is a legend that says, "If you eat Kue, your nine wishes will come true." This shop specializes in longtooth grouper, which is rarely seen on the market in the Kanto region, so expectations are high. I visited today at lunch time. When I opened the door of the shop before 12 o'clock, the first thing I saw was a fine counter seat. Is it a single board of considerable years, isn't this costing a lot of money? And in the kitchen there are two clerks with good physiques. When I was asked, "Do you have a reservation?" increase. I thought I'd take a look at the menu, but the owner of the kitchen said, ``I recommend the daily set meal because it will make you energetic and healthy.'' please. If you look around the store while waiting, you will see a longtooth grouper gyotaku on the wall. The owner immediately told me, "We are a rare grouper specialty store. The grouper is delicious." The rice is made in Tsukuba, the miso is made in Hiroshima, and so on. After a while, a female clerk will bring you the food, so you can have it right away. The four seasons special is just gorgeous. The main dish is grilled Japanese mackerel, three small bowls, salad, pickles, rice and miso soup, but the rice and miso soup are free to refill. that? I think the price was written as 820 yen when I entered the store, but isn't that the price? It's gorgeous, isn't it? ? Sawara is plumply grilled and has a wonderful sweet and salty taste. The skin will be a little rough, but this alone will make the rice go well. Small bowls are kimchi-flavored stir-fry, coleslaw, and simmered paste. All of them are excellent dishes that go well with rice, and it is better to have them with beer or sake rather than eating them as a set meal. The rice is Koshihikari rice from Tsukuba, which is moist and very delicious. Miso soup with fish broth is the perfect accompaniment. The miso is from Hiroshima, and it has a sweet taste like red miso. There are few ingredients, but the fish soup is very nice. The rice was quite large, so I couldn't refill it, but I accidentally got a refill of the miso soup. When I finished eating and checked out, it was 820 yen (excluding tax) as written at the store. This price is impossible despite the commitment to food, taste, and atmosphere of the store. For me, it was about 1500 yen, but I didn't complain. This time I visited for lunch, but looking at the leaflet I got at the store, it seems that they offer dishes that go well with Japanese sake, such as longtooth grouper hot pot, thin grouper, and Iwami Wagyu beef, so I would like to visit at night.
Visited for lunch on Sunday with relatives. The master was kind to me, and all the dishes were prepared and delicious, and I was very satisfied. Thank you for your meal.
