I tried the thick fried egg sandwich and tiramisu shaved ice. The thickly baked eggs are fluffy enough to drink, and the portion is perfect. It might be best for two women to share a plate. The salad that comes with it is topped with shiso dressing, and the way you can eat it without getting bored is just perfect, making you think of a Japanese restaurant. Tiramisu shaved ice has mascarpone and coffee jelly inside, and the texture of the ice is soft and refreshing. With the salted kelp and warm bancha that comes with it, you can relax and admire the garden after your meal. It's a wonderful cafe.

It used to be a restaurant that held a memorial service, but since it can't be done due to Corona, it has become a cafe with shaved ice. We ate egg sandwiches, shaved ice, and zenzai while quietly looking out at the garden. It was delicious.

From March 2021, some stores have been operated as cafe tigers, mainly serving shaved ice and egg sandwiches. It's worth going once for the fluffy shaved ice and fluffy egg sandwiches that you've never had anywhere else.
