Wakayama, Japan｜紀州蔵 〜粋sui〜

Highly recommended even if you don't speak Japanese. All the staff are very nice and the chef use google translate to communicate with you. One of the staff speak good English too. Food and drinks are amazing, the pork is 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. We had an omakase set 州. If I visit Wakayamashi again, i will definitely come to this restaurant again ❤️🫶

This was one of the more unusual restaurant meals I've had. My companion and I sat in a room with the chef in front of us, as he prepared each dish. All locally sourced ingredients. I loved the appetizers, although it would be hard for me to describe what they were. I had sake that was so good! And as was already mentioned , the pork was AMAZING! Highly recommend the food and the experience.

The food is very good, fish is fresh and cooked in a delicate way. The steam fish is obviously in Chinese style. Since I can't read the Japanese menu, I just ordered the 8,000 yen course. Every dish is good. If the owner could speak more English or I could learn Japanese, next time we could talk more about Hong Kong, hahahahha !!
