This time I had tempura and shabu-shabu at the shop. You also make sauce for shabu-shabu I felt the attention to detail everywhere. The food I received on New Year's Eve was all handmade and additive-free, so it didn't last long, but it was so delicious that I finished eating it in a day or two. Because it didn't contain the ingredients for popular dishes that I don't like. Enjoyed it without wasting it. I thought I'd like to eat this osechi every year. For the omakase course, if you tell them what you want to eat at the time of booking, they will make anything for you. He is also good at Western food, so I ordered roast beef next time. I'm looking forward to it.

This is a Japanese restaurant run by a husband and wife team. The customer service is polite, and the inside of the store is quaint and relaxing. This restaurant has a counter and private rooms, and the tempura is fried right in front of you at the counter. They have wine, but they also have a good selection of Japanese sake. The dishes were carefully seasoned to make the most of the ingredients. This is a store I would like to visit again.

The owner, who trained in Kyoto, returned to Okazaki and has cultivated his tempura skills over the years, which is not only well known at this Michelin-starred restaurant, but he always leaves customers satisfied with his way of frying from the customer's perspective.
