Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan｜割烹 東風

I go here with my family from time to time. I think it's quite reasonable during the day. (Last March) The menu is from last night. They also prepare handwritten items for your celebration 🎂 (April last year) The menu changes depending on the season, so yesterday there were many things I had never seen before. (I forgot to take a picture of the menu, but it's quite voluminous) The price included 6 large pieces of fried oysters etc.

I visited several times! This time I had eel for lunch. It's so delicious! The landlady's attentive customer service is also wonderful! I definitely want to go again soon 😊

At first glance, I thought it would be a small portion, but it was filling. There were two shrimp, which were large for tempura, a sweet potato, shishitokara, and, although hidden, two fish fillets (sea bream and sole). ←This is usually about the size of sashimi, but the one here is really big. The sashimi was also cut into thick pieces. Yuba and Shiraae also taste very good. Lots of small dishes, miso soup, and pickles (pickled in rice bran). This is a great value for money at less than 2000 yen!! Definitely a repeat decision.
