I stopped by because it was highly recommended for lunch in Kashiwa and I happened to be passing by. I don't know when it started, but the entrance has a retro Showa era feel to it, and it has a very nice atmosphere. It brought back memories of what my grandparents' house, now deceased, looked like. Take off your shoes and go up, there are several tables on the red carpet. There were several tatami rooms on the other side. When I heard that the sashimi was finished, I heard that there was boiled fish, so I asked what kind of fish it was. "Gindara" So, “Isn’t it the best‼️” I answered, and after a while, the boiled fish that was brought to me was the last dish of the day. I feel even more grateful. The silver cod meat was very soft, and the broth was not too thick and had just the right amount of flavor, so much so that I wanted to pour the broth over the rice and eat it. I just wanted a spoon 🥄 or astragalus. The three side dishes (like appetizers) were also delicious. The okra was especially delicious with the soup stock. I was asked to refill the rice and 🍚miso soup, but the rice was so delicious that I always halved it if I had a bowl, but I ended up eating 4/5 of the rice. On the second day, I was told that there would be boiled silver cod, so I ordered the same dish as the day before. The garnishes have changed, but the amount of silver cod has increased. Which is correct, the previous day or this day? If I have a day to have lunch in Kashiwa again, I would like to come again and be careful when it is closed.
