I had a steak ju for lunch. I was lucky to come across Wagyu Misuji as it is a rare part. It has light fat, soft meat, and firm elasticity, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth. I was surprised to see steak on the menu since it's a seafood-oriented restaurant, but I'm grateful for the excellent food they offer.

It has a gentle taste and good customer service, making it perfect for when you want to have a luxurious lunch.
