Today, all floors except the tatami room are full. When I saw today's recommendations, I thought it was wine day, so this is the menu you see. Fresh mozzarella, fresh yuba wrapped cheese tempura, wild boar hamburgers, and occasionally chocolate brownies made by the owner. Tastes better than a cake shop!

All the dishes are seasoned, balanced, and the flavor of the soup stock is wonderful, and you can't stop drinking. To be honest, 5 stars is not enough, 6 stars. Why are simple dishes such as sashimi and tataki so delicious...! ! In particular, the roasted sashimi of Nodoguro tasted like Toro and white. 2800 yen is expensive, but I want to order this again...! ! Isn't it the taste of a restaurant in Tokyo that costs about 30,000 yen? Hats off to the owner's talent.

I heard that horse sashimi is delicious and made a reservation. The fish and bran pickles were all delicious, and the alcohol was wine, sake, and shochu. I also ate wakame soba, clam miso soup and rice balls that the regulars next door were eating! It's not in the neighborhood, so you have to go by taxi, but it's worth going all the way. I also wanted to eat boiled food, so I will go again!
