Went here last night. Nine inticately constructed courses of a winters theme with locally sourced top rank ingredients. Delicate balances of flavors, some merging, some playfully clashing, the finishing flavors of one course complimenting the next. The hostesses introducing in Japanese the minutes of every course in between. A two hour wafuu symphony played harmoniously across my pallete like never before.

Fantastic restaurant, great food. You have to discover it when in the area.
