Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan｜Nishimura

I visited in the second half of November 2021! An acquaintance of mine had made a reservation at this restaurant and asked me to go with him, so I visited from Fukuoka. I went to Mie Prefecture for the first time. You can arrive at Yokkaichi Station in just 40 minutes by train from Nagoya Station! It's not that far from the station, so you can arrive at this shop in less than 5 minutes after getting off the station! The appearance of the restaurant gave the impression that it was a calm Japanese restaurant for adults. When you enter the store, there are rows of counter seats. There seems to be a private room in the back. This time, there were 4 of us, and we were able to get a counter seat, so we ate at the counter! You can see the chef cooking from the counter, giving you a sense of realism. It was a really fun time. Not only the ingredients, but also the plates and presentation. It is elegantly made. Even in such a situation, the general is full of playfulness. This is a shop where you will have a very high level of satisfaction from beginning to end. The presentation is reminiscent of autumn, and the seasonal items and mullet roe are also perfect for pairing with alcohol. We had a meal with sake, and each dish went perfectly with the sake! I'm impressed! We were seated at the counter, but there are also private rooms that can be used for entertainment or dinner parties, so it can be used for a wide variety of purposes, so it made me feel grateful to have a restaurant like this nearby. I don't often visit Mie Prefecture, but I thought I'd like to come just for the food! I will visit again! Thank you for the meal.

The food and ingredients were wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the elaborate decorations that matched the season! He was a cheerful chef and I could tell that he really loved cooking.
