I've eaten many dishes and the quality of the ingredients and the taste is the best. The food is satisfying no matter how many times I eat it, and it's worth going all the way from Boso in Chiba to Ishioka to eat. The dessert at the end is not French, but is also wonderfully Japanese. Every time I make a reservation, I ask for the red miso soup at the end, which is amazing. This is a miso soup that I cannot make. I believe that he is one of the few chefs who can always feel the message on the other side of the plate.
