Mito, Ibaraki, Japan｜和食 青藍 (せいらん)

It was a shop when I participated in the general meeting of the union. It was a flow of a banquet after the meeting, but the flow was also very smooth. The food is also beautifully arranged, and I think it goes beyond the framework of an izakaya. It is suitable for the first party, not late, but with an empty stomach. I don't know much about the Mito area, but I think it's a rare store in this area. The customer service was kind and smooth. It was a very satisfying shop, friendly and polite, partly because the friends who were with me were close to the shop. I would like to visit Mito again.

I visited for an OB party during my university days. Order a 4000 yen course plus 2000 yen all-you-can-drink. We were all over 40, so I've become a generation that can be satisfied with just a little bit of delicious food, so I ate one by one. The private room (sliding door partition) was a sunken kotatsu, so this was also a specification for a meeting over 40, thankfully, to take care of my knees. It was a pity that I couldn't take a picture, but it was precious to be able to see the craftsman preparing the garnishes for sashimi by hand. In addition, you can eat sea urchin nigiri, and if you want to eat sweet sea urchin without bitterness, please enjoy it.

Available around 19:00 on Saturday, March 3, 2018. The inside of the store was very clean, probably because it was just renovated. Even though I didn't make a reservation, they kindly guided me to a table seat. The female staff also responded politely and I was able to enjoy the meal comfortably. However, because it is in a complicated place, you may get lost before going to the store.
