I went there for the first time. The great thing about it is that you can choose the amount of noodles you want without having to pay extra! The noodles have a chewy texture that makes you feel full. I ordered Tsure Gaama Spicy Udon and ate one bite. It tasted like chili oil and was very spicy. Kakeage for extra! This was also thick, freshly fried, and delicious.

From the name of the restaurant, I thought it would be hard udon, but it was not so, it was delicious with a nice texture and a smooth texture. You can choose the amount of udon from normal, medium, or large, and it's a good deal with the price unchanged. However, since the udon is basically cold and the soup is warm, the temperature will be uneven at first, so I felt like eating it while paying attention to the timing of eating. The soup has a strong taste, so I can't eat the leftover soup every time. It is an impression that it would be nice if there was a wari soup.

It tasted exactly like Musashino udon. It's also good that medium and large sizes are the same price. For me, the medium serving (500g) is enough to fill me up. The additional tempura I ordered was also crispy and delicious. The traditional ordering style of ordering after sitting at the table, rather than using a ticket or tablet, has become rare these days.
