Great tasting Udon at the Sunshine City Marugame Seimen. It had been many years since I had gone for Udon in Japan, and this experience didn't disappoint. I went for the regular udon and added tempura flakes, scallions, and dashi shoyu. It tasted great, though I'm not sure if I was mixing the right sauces in the right bowls... no matter, it still tasted great! The staff were friendly, and the service quick. Recommended!

One of the best Udon experience I had so far in Japan! The Udon is hand made and tastes amazingly! There is no English menu and the staff there can't help you either but you will be able to order with Google Translator or by just pointing at the picture of the bowl you would like to have. The tempura is extra so that it will stay crispy! The price is very affordable to! 10/10!

Love the udon at Marugame Seimen and when I visited in January, they had this crab special which I tried and it was so good. Tried looking for this dish in other outlets but they didn't have it.
