Since Yamada Udon's soba has become raw soba, it has become much more delicious overall, including the soup. I like Yamada's Tanuki Tenkasu because it has green seaweed in it so it doesn't form into balls. The chilled tanuki soba at this store was very cold, chewy, and delicious. Most Yamada Udon customers come by car, but the parking lot here is large enough to accommodate more cars than the store's capacity.

I wasn't very positive about Yamada Udon, but this was my second visit (this time to a different store). Stamina set meal was delicious. It tasted like burnt charcoal. Ramen is average. It's normal and good.
