Personally, I enjoy spending a relaxing time waiting for the food to be boiled while watching the waiter's movements. The signature menu is Nikumori Udon. About half of the customers order this. The udon is thick and chewy and goes down easily, and the portion is quite large. Each piece of hand-cut udon is slightly different in thickness, giving it a pleasant texture. However, the flavor of the dipping sauce is quite strong, so if you don't like that, you might want to order raw egg topping. Personally, I also like curry udon. The ingredients are extremely simple, with lots of onions and pork. However, the sweetness of the onions and the thick roux combine to make it addictive, and I find it difficult to survive without eating it regularly. Also, although it may be limited to summer, the chilled tanuki is also nice. Although it is called tanuki, it also contains fried balls and fried chicken. Don't think, "Why isn't there a chilled fox?" There is also a fox in the raccoon. There are many other ingredients as well, so this one is probably the best in terms of cost performance. We also recommend grated daikon radish and simple mori udon.
I visited because I was attracted by the photo of the reviews (meat-filled udon). The volume looks like a large serving. At first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it all, but when I tried it, it went down my throat and went into my mouth, and I finished it in no time. The dipping sauce also had a strong flavor, which I liked (however, it was difficult to drink it all down. It was that strong). For the first time in a while, I felt like I got more than the price.
The meat-filled udon was delicious. It takes a while because each item is carefully made after you order it.
