Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Tanasuke

This is my first visit to the store. I wasn't sure whether to order kamaage udon, but I decided on the vegetable tempura set for ¥750. The 5 types of vegetable tempura (lotus root, sweet potato, enoki, and burdock) were freshly fried and crispy and very delicious. The udon had thin, smooth noodles in a Kansai-style soup stock. The soup tasted like dashi stock, but it was a little salty. However, it was delicious. It was a great deal because it was so filling at this price. There was also a children's menu, so it seemed easy to use even with children. I still want to use it.

I like both the homemade noodles and the soup stock. Freshly fried tempura and kake udon are especially recommended! I finally found a soft udon restaurant. I really like it. Good cost performance too!

A new udon restaurant in Hakuraku. The texture of the udon noodles is really chewy! Tempura is also crispy! Tumblr is fashionable ^_^
