This is an udon restaurant where the owner cooks quietly. I don't think there are many restaurants where you can eat udon with this firmness. To begin with, this restaurant is run by the owner (cook) alone most of the time, so there are no staff to serve customers. Most are self-service ★The reason why I ask you the size from the beginning is: The udon noodles are boiled after receiving the order (boiling time is around 10 minutes). There are few seats in the store, and in order to reduce waiting time for everyone, Just listen early. No one said anything about the taste of the udon even though I was worried about it afterwards. Also, there are some people who don't understand takeout. You can make a reservation for takeout at this restaurant by phone. Takeout customers only receive their reserved items from the window. A large number of complainers appear without realizing it. The udon here is cheap and delicious. If you want good service, pay a little more for the udon.
