This udon restaurant in the food court is supervised by Shinohara, a Japanese restaurant in Ginza.The meat udon was mildly seasoned, but the flavor was strong and delicious. We also added toppings. The staff was very lively, and when I thought they were out of chikuwa tempura at the last minute, the lady said, ``I'll fry it right away.'' They were very responsive. Thank you for the meal. Also, the chikuwa tempura delivered directly from Kagawa is exquisite, freshly fried, and the chikuwa on the side is crispy and naturally sweet. I wanted to take it home. Was Chikuwa this delicious? I was really surprised. The tempura was served in a style where you received a plate and prepared it yourself.

I ordered the vegetable tempura bowl. It was a very filling and satisfying cup.
