More Comments at Google MapThere was an old-fashioned udon restaurant (a small restaurant named ❓️) in a residential area, 5 minutes away from Kuko-koen Station, where you could enjoy a variety of things other than udon. It's a restaurant where people from the neighborhood, especially the elderly, come and visit when they feel like eating udon. I ordered the Oo-Omori udon set. It's been a while since I've had ``mori'' instead of gravy, but it doesn't have any special toppings, so it's quite refreshing to have it with plain cold soup 😃 Although the noodles are thin, they have a bit of firmness and are more chewy than somen noodles. I thought this country udon had its own taste☀️ Thank you for the meal.
I ordered a set of gravy udon and kakiage. It was slippery with thin noodles and was very delicious. Kakiage tempura was very delicious with a rustic taste. It's a store you can easily visit. There was a table seat at the entrance and a seat room in the back. Many customers in the neighborhood came. The store clerk was kind and very nice. There are also river fish dishes such as eel. The nostalgic atmosphere was very good. I want to go there again when I come here again.
Amanoya is located near Kokukoen. It is easy to overlook the sign when entering from the administrative road, but there is a parking lot in front of the store and you can go by car. The combination of udon and eel may be confusing, but both are very delicious. Is Musashino udon meat soup the standard for udon? The amount of udon is just right for me, who is 50 years old, and I feel that a normal serving is a little unsatisfactory. However, there is a set menu (2300 yen) with eel bowl at lunch, and if you eat it, it may be enough for a regular serving. The udon is a little thin, similar to Inaniwa udon, and you can eat it smoothly. You can see the freshness of the eel and loach on the tub inside the store. Both steamed and grilled are solid and very satisfying.
