My favorite “Musashino” style Udon while I go for 150km bike ride. Perfectly in the middle of the route, plus with the energizing recipe, I always crave it so much. I go there once or twice a month.

Taking advantage of the substitute holiday, I made my long-awaited first visit to [Handmade Udon Asobi] in Masuo, Ogawa-machi, Saitama Prefecture😊We left Chiba at 8:30 in the morning and arrived just after 10:30. Thanks to you, I got PP ✌️Unfortunately, the cold soup was out of stock, so my husband and I shared "Meat soup udon (large size) and (medium size)", "Chikuwa tempura/Maitake tempura", and "Kinpira" 😋 Pork belly The rich dipping sauce goes perfectly with the firm and chewy noodles! ︎It's so delicious that you can't help but devour it😋If you eat it with Kinpira on the way, it will be even more delicious!! ︎My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the highly satisfying udon noodles and left the restaurant☺️

Handmade Udon Asobi is a popular restaurant that has been selected as one of the 100 famous udon restaurants. There is a private parking lot next to the store. The inside of the store is spacious, with table seats and counter seats. This time, I ordered gravy udon. The udon noodles are quite thick and hard. The dipping sauce is made from bonito stock and has a strong umami flavor, which goes well with the salty taste of the udon noodles. There are quite a few large pieces of meat in there. The fried tofu absorbs the flavor and is quite delicious when eaten with udon.
