Dondon set (daily change) is a set of udon noodles with dipping sauce, a side dish, a small bowl and a small bowl of rice. We, the second group, also have an order item. For the dipping soup udon, I ordered "gravy". Udon is shiny but thick noodles with a low water content. The core of Musashino udon is very chewy, making it difficult to slurp. However, the noodles at Musashino Udon are short, so you can rest assured. The soup that accompanies such washi-wash udon is a sweet and spicy type with a strong dashi flavor. The dashi stock has an elegant taste that is not overly overstated, and it is so delicious that you can slurp the soup while making udon. This time's "side dish" is just the right seasoning for small rice, homely, and the small bowl is crowded. This "side dish" set alone is a satisfying set worth visiting. One of my favorite shops!

I had an assortment of gravy udon and tempura. The freshly fried tempura looked so delicious that I forgot to take a photo and accidentally flew it (lol) Musashino udon noodles have a strong texture, but they may have been the chewiest I've ever eaten. Chew each one one by one to avoid choking. I was able to enjoy it slowly, but I couldn't stop using my chopsticks! I go to a nearby hospital regularly, so if I feel like eating udon, I'll stop by again.
