It's a small shop with a total of 15 counter tables and about 5 tables. The one-operated female owner is a very diligent woman who pays close attention to detail, with a clean interior, courteous service and cooking, and an easy-to-understand menu with photos. The meat and mushroom soup has a lot of ingredients and has a refreshing taste, and the udon is thin and curly noodles. I love that the handmade small side salad comes with pickles, The way the knife was inserted into the pickled radish was delicate, and that really hit home.

2023.07 Used with my wife on weekday afternoons. The menu has changed, so I replaced everything with new photos. The udon at this restaurant is roughly divided into three types. "cold udon" cold soup with tsukemen. "Inaka Udon" Hot soup with tsukemen. "Hot Udon" Udon is not tsukemen but normal udon. Everyone comes with about 3 types of small bowls, which are all delicious. This time I ordered "Inaka udon / meat soup (800 yen)" "Inaka udon / mushroom soup (800 yen) + egg (50 yen)" "Kakiage (150 yen)" Delicious as always. 2022.08 There are 6 parking spaces in front of the store. Used with my wife at around 11:30 on weekdays in August, and 2 groups of customers. There are tables and counter seats, but they are not large. My wife ordered "Inaka Udon / Meat Soup (700 yen)" and I ordered "Inaka Udon / Mushroom Soup (700 yen)". It is a one-off operation by the proprietress, and it seems that the special udon noodles are boiled after the order is placed, so it takes a little time. What makes me happy is that all udon noodles come with 2-3 kinds of small bowls. This is a side dish that takes time and effort and is very delicious. The udon has just the right amount of elasticity, and the yuzu on top gives it a refreshing aroma. The soup stock seemed to be homemade, and the mushroom soup was hot and delicious with lots of ingredients. About 12 minutes on foot from the newly opened Fukaya Outlet. A shop that makes you want to go to the place where you want it to be popular and not crowded.

Visited on 4/8. Since it was early Saturday afternoon, both the store and the parking lot were full and the waiting time for a spot was about 30 minutes. One operation by the landlady? ? No way. My first visit was mushroom soup udon. The medium-thick curly noodles with yuzu on top, the dipping sauce with lots of toppings, and the small side dishes were a delight, making it an unexpectedly delicious lunch. I would like to visit again on another day and time.
