It is said to be a long-established udon restaurant in Kazo. Nasu Nanban Udon contains eggplant and fried tofu in a warm, sweet soy sauce soup. There's oil from deep-fried tofu, so there's no meat-like ingredients in it, but it's rich enough. It's not spicy at all. The udon noodles are a little thin and soft, but they are firm, sticky, smooth and delicious. I also tried the curry soba, and found that although the soup tasted like curry powder, it also had the sweetness of the udon soy sauce, which gave it a nice depth of flavor. delicious. I visited at 13:00 on a public holiday, and there was no waiting time and I was able to get in smoothly. Many of the customers are families. Accounting was cash only.
