Kuki, Saitama, Japan｜武蔵野うどん のうぼ

Whether the desire for udon that had been suppressed overflowed, the couple traveled to Saitama Prefecture for udon noodles today 😅 Arrived at [Musashino Udon Nobo] in Kiyohisa Shimo, Kuki City just before the opening. I had prepared the menu, so I ordered "meat and green onion soup udon (wheat noodles) medium", my wife ordered "curry dipping soup (burdock noodles) average", and for tempura I ordered "kakiage" and "maitake". "Kakiage x 2" due to order mistake 😢 However, there was a little maitake mushroom in the kakiage, so there was no problem! ︎ Udon (wheat noodles) served on a platter looks small, but it seems to be more than 500g. I want to eat it with burdock noodles next time!

Udon with burdock kneaded into it. It's fun to smell the burdock every time you bite into it! The dipping sauce, meat and eggplant were delicious. I am very satisfied. I want to go again.

Visited here because I wanted to eat gravy udon. We are particular about homemade noodles, and in addition to regular "wheat noodles", there was "burdock noodles" kneaded with burdock root. Since it is a big deal, I ordered "meat green onion soup burdock noodles (large)". Even burdock noodles have a chewy texture, and I enjoyed the unique texture of burdock noodles.
