Fukufuku's udon is additive-free and seems to use locally sourced ingredients. It's a store that takes great care, so it's understandable that we get a lot of TV coverage. It was a delicious udon with a strong taste of wheat. A specialty dish that uses Sai-no-Kuni Kurobuta pork and ingredients from Kumagaya Prefecture. For that reason, I think it's a little expensive, but I don't think it's a loss.

I came to Fukufuku for the first time, which is famous for its chewy Musashino udon. It's a shop that has proper infection measures. First, I ordered from the ticket vending machine and ordered Fukufuku Udon 1160 yen, which is the same as the store name of Meat Double. It took a while, but the hot dipping sauce was filled with pork. I put shichimi chili pepper and ate it. The texture is pleasant, isn't it? The happiness of chewing on the noodles with the flavor of the soup. The pork belly is also delicious. I finished it. Thank you for the meal.
