Great udon! Ordered Shippon Udon with Kyoto special ingredients, and it was so delicious! I enjoyed the sweet taste of the soup. Enjoyed the texture of the udon and other ingredients as well!! There was a line when we came around noon, but once inside, it was very spacious and comfortable. Staffs were attentive and helpful even though we knew limited Japanese! Price was decent, very worth it!

Unique and sweet tasting miso! Definitely the most interesting flavour I have tasted in Kyoto. Definitely recommended to all the soba lovers out there! Prices are budget and Amazon quality! I will come again!

This was a great udon restaurant located within the Nishiki market. The fumiya nabe udon, that I had was absolutely delicious and was full of unique flavor. The staff were very nice and respectful, even though they did not speak much English. The atmosphere is outstanding and the restaurant is so cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good udon within the city.
