Nagahama, Shiga, Japan｜うどんそば吉野

We walked in during lunch hours while looking for food. I had the Nagahama beef udon set. The broth and the beef were delicious. We also had the Noppei udon. It was interesting and delicious. We would come again if we visit this shopping area.

5/2　For lunch, I had the famous udon noodles. Serve the piping hot udon noodles with kuzuan (red bean paste) that has a nice dashi broth, along with chikuwabu, yuba, and shiitake mushrooms. A little bit of ginger works well, and it has a gentle taste and is delicious! The grilled mackerel sushi was also delicious. Although it is a long-established store, I was able to relax in the modern and bright interior. It was lunchtime during Golden Week, but perhaps because it was a weekday, I was able to get through after waiting about 10 minutes. Very satisfied! ! (^^) I want to go again! !

I ate at the birthplace of Noppei udon❗️ It was crowded during Golden Week, but the food was served quickly and I didn't have to worry about waiting time. My wife, who likes soft noodles (by the way, I don't want to spend money on Sanuki udon), was very satisfied with the noodles and the red bean paste flavored with dashi. The grilled mackerel was also delicious❗️
