Best Yoshida udon place in Miami Alps area. Good value

For the first time in a long time, I encountered truly delicious udon noodles. I was very satisfied with Tacchan Udon for 500 yen. The noodles are firm like Yoshida udon noodles, the soup is thick and not too heavy, the ingredients kinpira and cabbage go well with the noodles, and the red pickled ginger is really delicious. There is a line from the opening, but the turnover is fast so you don't have to wait that long. There are large parking lots at city facilities, so you won't have to worry about finding a place to park. Repeat is confirmed.
