Ordered meat tempura udon. The tempura, which seems to have been fried in clean oil, was crispy and very delicious because I entered the store just after it opened at 17:00. The meat is thought to be beef, but the texture is similar to sea chicken and has a unique taste. The noodles have the strength of Yoshida's udon noodles, but they also have a smooth and chewy texture, which I really like. Soup is also the best.

This is a udon restaurant with strong izakaya elements. This time I ordered meat tempura udon. Soy sauce and miso base? Yoshida's udon noodles go well with the soup. The service of freshly fried piping hot tempura and homemade pickled radish are also highly rated. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to visit again.
