Tsuru, Yamanashi, Japan｜Ogikubo

I don't usually eat udon, but since I was in Tsuru, I decided to stop by. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish all the specials, so I topped the meat moon with kakiage. While struggling with the firm udon, the taste changed due to the spiciness. The soup stock was delicious and went surprisingly well. I regret that I should have eaten the special if something like this happened. In particular, the customer service from all the store staff was pleasant and I was satisfied with everything.

I ate Yoshida udon for the first time again! From the people of Aichi, the strength of the noodles is shocking! The chilled tanuki was so hard to chew (laughs) But it's not just hard, but the taste of udon came out as much as I chewed it! 1 large serving of chilled tanuki For the second time, I ate 1.5 balls of meat udon and chikuwa tempura! The horse meat is sweet and delicious, and the soup is a little thin, but it's also delicious! I drank it all up! Next time I would like to ask for the Tsuke Udon, which was ordered a lot around me! Be prepared for the firmness of the chilled tanuki (laughs). It's worth stopping the truck at the high-speed Tanimura parking and walking for 20 minutes!

A friend of mine asked me to go eat a firm, chewy udon restaurant. This was my first time trying Yoshida udon, so I don't know about the others, but it was a big hit for me. A soup with chewy udon and cabbage that you chew slowly. Halfway through, I added the soy sauce that was left on the table to change the taste and make it spicy and addictive. The staff is also very nice, and I would like to visit this shop again if I have a chance to go to Yamanashi. The price is reasonable and I highly recommend it.
