Gobō, Wakayama, Japan｜Marugame Seimen Gobo

I like the udon at Marugame Seimen and the Gobo restaurant maintains the quality standards of the chain. I ordered the "Fox" udon that has a strip of tofu in it. I added a side of tempura onions to top it with. In a word... delicious! My wife loved the curry udon. Appreciated the friendly service of the Gobu staff as well. Recommended!

It's lovely that you can select your own toppings for the udon noodles. I think this is the favorite udon restaurant for a lot of people in Gobo.

I came to the store because I had to go to Gobo City for work. Marugame is stable. However, I felt that the cold clam udon this time was too light, perhaps because it was cold. It's not bad, but I feel like I want tempura because I want oil. After that, the long eggplant tempura was also quite good.
